1. Join the zoom with your HKMU zoom account
2. Ensure your zoom name in this example format: “Chan TM_123456” (i.e. Surname, Initial and SID)
3. Take attendance in the zoom room
4. Get ready your draft CV (in softcopy) for sharing to the career advisor in the one-on-one zoom break-out room. Make sure to enable Zoom’s annotation function when joining the session. Please see the step guide on how to enable the function on Zoom.
5. Wait in the zoom room and then the host will assign you into the break-out room for 15 minutes one-on-one CV advice to ensure sufficient privacy
6. After the CV advice, you can leave the zoom
