【都大與皇家特許測量師學會簽訂合作備忘錄】都大商學院早前與皇家特許測量師學會簽訂合作備忘錄，透過專業研討會、業界活動、實習機會及學術交流計劃等，提升學生的專業技能與知識水平，共同促進房地產的人才發展。是次合作備忘錄由都大副校長（策略規劃）、署理商學院院長區啟明教授與學會香港理事會主席馮慧詩女士共同簽署。在簽署儀式上，學會亦向商學院頒發皇家特許測量師學會認可證書，肯定所開辦的房地產及測量學榮譽工商管理學士課程符合相關學術要求，獲學會專業認可。課程將為畢業生提供更便捷的途徑成為特許測量師，他們由原本需要累積五年的相關工作經驗，縮短至兩年便可接受專業能力評估，以獲取專業資格。詳情： bit.ly/4qn7eOD 【MOU between HKMU x RICS】HKMU Business School and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
