Leadership and Entrepreneurial Development Programme (in Collaboration with Dale Carnegie Training®)

Leadership skill is one of the crucial qualities to develop in the ever-changing globalised world. In light of this, the School collaborates with Dale Carnegie Training® to offer a series of training seminars and programmes to our students to build and sharpen their interpersonal and communication skills. In the 3-day “Skills for Success” Training Programme, students will learn communication skills to present compelling messages, connect with others confidently through experiential learning, personal coaching and group activities. Through these training activities, students are expected to be able to:

  • Enhance positive attitudes to drive a can do mind set
  • Establish greater self confidence
  • Improve relationships and flexibility, especially when facing challenges
  • Enthusiastically lead, earn other people's trust and the ability to influence others
  • Enhance communication and interpersonal skills
