Application Method and Deadline

Please read the “Guidance Notes to Applicants” [HC (2025/26) Guide-e] thoroughly before completing the application form.
Applicants should submit the completed Application Form [HC (2025/26 Form-e] and relevant documents in person to the Student Affairs Office (SAO) by 5:00 p.m. on 31 October 2025 (Friday). Incomplete or late applications will NOT be considered.
Eligible applicants are not guaranteed to be offered grants. Students who have been nominated for the Providence Foundation Bursaries 2025/26 will not be considered.
All nominations will be assessed and endorsed by the Student Financial Awards Committee, and subsequently submitted to the Incorporated Trustees of Hsin Chong – KN Godfrey Yeh Education Fund for their consideration and approval.
