On the morning of 12 February, President Prof. Paul Lam, staff members of the Student Affairs Office and some 20 students joined in to cheer for 130 student, alumni and staff runners of the HKMU Marathon Team as they set off for the Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon. The specially designed 'HKMU Run to Achieve' T-shirt demonstrated the solidarity among members of the University coming together to achieve the same goal.
