Broadening students' career prospects

As the pandemic wreaks havoc on the job market, the Student Affairs Office (SAO) organized the HKMU Virtual Career Month from early March to 1 April 2022 to help students jump-start their career. The event included activities such as online recruitment, talks, insider sharing sessions and career training for students. This academic year, the SAO has also launched a mentorship programme entitled 'Date a CEO; Be a CEO' in collaboration with the Hong Kong Young Industrialists Council, offering students opportunities to learn from local industrialists and develop a macro-mindset with which to grow as future managers.
