服務學習活動

為了幫助學生豐富人生經驗和提升語文能力，教育及語文學院每年定期舉辦海外交流活動及沉浸課程*，前往世界各地，藉此擴闊學生眼光及開拓視野，大學生活更多姿多采！

過去數年，幼兒教育學生交流國家包括：澳洲、荷蘭、芬蘭 (University of Helsinki)、英國 (University of Warwick)、日本 (東洋大學)、加拿大 (University of British Columbia)、中國 (北京語言大學)。

幼兒教育專業海外交流及沉浸課程
(只限本系學生參加)

ECE Experiential Learning Trip to Melbourne, Australia

📍 Melbourne

Visited Victoria University and local early learning centres, which offered insights into Australia's play-based pedagogy, curriculum design, and educational philosophy
Created culturally inspired teaching aids and engaged in interactive play with local children
Visited iconic landmarks like Phillip Island and Queen Victoria Market

築夢飛翔 – 大灣區教育專業交流團2025

📍 大灣區

參訪深圳及惠州的五間幼兒園及學前教育機構，觀察課堂實踐並與當地教育工作者進行深入交流
參觀文化地標及服務單位，幫助學生了解當地文化傳承及粵港澳大灣區政策如何支持青年創新與創業

佛山實習交流團

📍 佛山

擔任教學助理，觀察及協助日常課堂運作，並在當地教師指導下設計教案及主題活動，並親自教授課堂
參訪佛山大學，了解當地學前教育的發展
探索佛山文化地標，親身體驗當地深厚的藝術文化底蘊

Cross-cultural Educational Tour to University of Helsinki

📍 Helsinki

Visited teacher training and comprehensive schools to gain insights into student-centred learning, play-based pedagogy, and reflective teaching approaches through discussions with teachers and students in Finland
Participated in interactive workshops on language education trends, portfolio building, and digital teaching
Explored the cultural heritage of Helsinki, Suomenlinna Fortress, and Porvoo

Strengthened academic and general English skills through interactive sessions and intercultural communication organised by the University of Warwick
Visited iconic destinations and London, supported by integrated skills lessons for trip planning and research
Conducted and presented a project comparing British and home cultures through posters and multi-modal presentations

Japanese Cultural Immersion Programme

📍 Tokyo

Attended Japanese language classes at Toyo University and explored the local education system
Stayed with host families in small groups, enjoying shared meals and hands-on farming activities for an authentic cultural exchange
Visited historic sites in Tokyo and participated in traditional workshops, including tea ceremony, Kendo, and Japanese paper-making

普通話水平測試課程

📍 北京

於北京語言大學進行為期三週的普通話課程
由北京語言大學專業導師授課：從普通話基礎知識、語音訓練開始，逐步進階至閱讀短文及主題式口語練習
多元文化活動：包括古箏體驗及中國傳統摺扇製作工作坊
參觀著名地標：如故宮博物院、慕田峪長城等
