The OUHK is committed to creating and upholding academic excellence, and continually develops programmes that are responsive to local and global trends. The University’s four Schools – the School of Arts and Social Sciences, the Lee Shau Kee School of Business and Administration, the School of Education and Languages, and the School of Science and Technology – offer a wide range of distance learning and full-time, face-to-face programmes and courses. In addition, the Li Ka Shing Institute of Professional and Continuing Education (LiPACE) offers overseas degree programmes, workplace training and short courses.
Apart from their academic programmes, various academic units organized conferences, seminars and academic exchange activities to take knowledge into the community and provide a platform for discussion and learning.
