Exercise can enhance an individual’s physical, mental, social, and emotional development. Our physical education curriculum provides students with different types of sports including ball games, dance, martial arts, and physical fitness activities, etc. The purpose of the course is to improve students’ motor skills, physical fitness, and cultivate good habits of lifelong exercise.
