Get ready for an exciting summer of sports! Summer Sports Activities 2023 will be held from 15 June to 4 August 2023, offering a diverse range of activities to keep you active and engaged. Join us for Run for Fitness, or test your skills on our Sport Climbing Course, which will take you to new heights both physically and mentally. For those seeking an adrenaline rush, don’t miss the Thrilling Drift experience or try your hand at Fencing and Archery, which will challenge your focus and precision.

Important notes
  • A separate confirmation email will be sent to successful registrants by 7 July 2023.
  • All activities are beginner friendly.
  • The medium of instruction is mainly Cantonese and will be supplemented by English where appropriate.
  • Participants should wear proper sportswear and sports shoes, sports equipment will be provided at venue.
  • If students cannot attend the class, one day's notice must be given, otherwise, they will be considered absence and this will affect the chances of getting a place in our future courses.
  • If an activity has to be cancelled due to inclement weather or special circumstances (e.g. emergency maintenance of venues, etc.), SAO will notify the participants of the subsequent arrangement via email.
  • Participants should take note of their own health condition and consider whether it is suitable for them to take part in various sports activities. In case of doubt, please consult a physician prior before beginning any exercises.
  • Should any dispute arise, the decision of SAO shall be final.
