為確保你的學生證製作順利準確，請在將你的相片遞交至MyHKMU前，先使用學生相片驗證工具（點擊此處）進行檢查，確保其完全符合所有相片規格。

請確保你遞交的相片必須符合以下技術和視覺規格，以順利製作你的學生證：

視覺條件   

• 正面全臉視角，雙眼睜開且清晰可見
• 面部表情自然，嘴巴閉合，直視鏡頭 
• 不得佩戴配件，例如太陽眼鏡、有色眼鏡、帽子或頭巾（宗教或醫療原因除外）
• 相片需為清晰且銳利的全彩影像
• 光線均勻，眼鏡無反光，皮膚無陰影
• 居中構圖，頭部需在相片框內且不得傾斜
• 相片不得經過數碼修改

⚠️ 不符合上述要求的相片將被拒絕，可能導致學生證發放延誤。

以下類型的相片將不被接納:

你可經MyHKMU或香港都會大學學生流動應用程式遞交你的相片。

A. MyHKMU

1. 登入「MyHKMU」(https://myhkmu.hkmu.edu.hk)。 在進入「MyHKMU」前，請按有關網頁內的指示設定統一密碼。
2. 點擊表列於「My Programme」下你所修讀的課程。
3. 點擊表列於「Academic」內的「Student Records」。
4. 點擊表列於「Student Records」內的「Photo Submission for Student ID Card」。
5. 點擊「前往遞交相片」按鈕，開始上傳相片的步驟。

B. 香港都會大學學生流動應用程式

1. 登入「學生流動應用程式」。你可於App Store及Google Play下載最新版本的「HKMU Student Mobile App」。
2. 點擊「遞交相片」(Photo Submission) ，開始上傳相片的步驟。

在網上(透過 MyHKMU 或 香港都會大學學生流動應用程式)提交相片時，你必須閱讀並確認以下聲明：

條款及細則

I hereby declare that the photograph submitted is a true and accurate likeness of myself. I understand that any deliberate misrepresentation of identity shall render me liable to the University's disciplinary actions .

[✓] 本人謹此聲明，我所遞交的相片是本人真實影像。本人明白，任何故意虛報身份之行為，將引致本人承受大學紀律處分。

I grant Hong Kong Metropolitan University consent to capture my image during classes and university activities and to use it, alongside my photos retained in the University's records, for the purpose of security and course administration - including but not limited to attendance taking and identity verification. I understand that the University will handle and safeguard all image data in accordance with its personal data policies and will use it solely for the administrative, security, and attendance-related purposes stated above.

[✓] 本人同意香港都會大學在課堂及大學活動中拍攝本人影像，並可將此影像與存於大學檔案中之相片，共同用於安全及課程管理（包括但不限於點名及身份核實）。本人明白大學將依據其個人資料政策處理及保障所有影像數據，且僅會用於上述與行政、安全及考勤相關之目的。

I hereby choose to withhold the image consent above and, as such, acknowledge that I may be subject to alternative measures to facilitate attendance recording, including the possibility of assigned seating in class.
