The Ethics College, established by the Correctional Services Department (CSD), offers a one-year full-time Diploma in Applied Education programme (DAE) for adult persons in custody (PICs) through the Li Ka Shing School of Professional and Continuing Education (LiPACE) of Hong Kong Metropolitan University (HKMU).
