Details:
The HKMU Dragon Team put their best foot forward at the Dragon Boat Competition of the 67^th Festival of Sport held on 21 April. They took the first runner-up in the Small Boat 100M Mixed Championship category and the second runner-up in the Small Boat 100M Post-secondary Open Championship category. Earlier the team participated in the 1688 USFHK Dragon Boat Competition 2023–2024 and was ranked fourth among seven university teams.

The 67^th Festival of Sport is an annual local mega-sports event organised by the Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China (SF&OC) and subvented by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) to encourage the public's active participation in sports and development of a healthy lifestyle. This year, various sports events were organised under the theme “City in Motion, Share in Family Fun” to promote “Sport for All” and encourage parent-child participation, promoting regular exercise for physical and mental well-being.
