Hong Kong Metropolitan University (HKMU) held its annual Award Presentation Ceremony on 13 March, bringing together and commending staff members for their outstanding performance in teaching, academic research, community service, university brand promotion and administration. The University also recognised senior staff for their long, dedicated service to the University.

Prof. Paul Lam Kwan-sing, HKMU President, emphasised the importance of creating an ideal workplace that offers staff opportunities to make use of their strengths and pursue continuous growth. “A university is a community of people,” he said. “We come together to do things that we enjoy, utilise our strengths and derive satisfaction from realising our aspirations to contribute to society. I hope that our University community will continue to uphold this spirit and work together to drive its continuous development.”
