Details:
Tan Jiongcheng, a student of the Master of Arts in Creative Writing programme, participated in a Chinese creative book review contest held in mainland China earlier. He wrote a book review on the novel At Night All Blood Is Black ( Frère d’âme) by French author David Diop for joining the competition. After three rounds of preliminary, second and final assessments, Tan's unique evaluation and insights were appreciated by the judges. He stood out from others and won the third prize.
