Final year student CHIU Man-yu Mandy from the Business Management programme participated in a Scholarship 2019/2020 Presentation Seminar organized by the HKMA Human Capital Management Society.

Mandy submitted a 2000-word written paper for this year's topic "How would you in HR role drive innovation and entrepreneurial leadership to help corporate thrive on its sustainability?" Her well-written essay and outstanding presentation skills impressed the judging penal, which consists of distinguished HR practitioners from academia, the public and private sectors. Mandy won the first runner-up with a cash prize and a one-day job shadowing experience in Swire Beverages Hong Kong Limited.
