Ms. CHAN obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Chinese & Sociology from the University of Hong Kong, Master of Business Administration from The University of New South Wales, and Master of Arts in Translation from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is also a Chartered Marketer of The Chartered Institute of Marketing, a Certified Practising Accountant of CPA Australia, and an accredited General Mediator of Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre & Hong Kong Mediation Accreditation Association Limited.
Ms. CHAN has extensive experience in corporate communications, marketing and brand building in the public and higher education sector. Before joining this University, she was the Director of Communications and Public Affairs in the Lingnan University, overseeing all matters relating to strategic planning, public relations, brand building, marketing, event management and publications. Prior to the appointment, she had served as the Senior Officer/Associate Director of Communications and Public Affairs in the Hong Kong Polytechnic University for over 20 years.
