The HKMU Student Financial Assistance Scheme for Part-time and Distance Learning (2026 Summer Term) is now inviting applications! Please visit the website of the Student Affairs Office for details.  Before completing the online application, please read the Guidance Notes carefully and download the useful forms.

HKMU Bursaries [Only available for eligible continuing students in the 1^st round application]
Deadline: 7 April 2026 (Tuesday)

• Continuing students should submit an online application via the student portal “MyHKMU”. (Path: MyHKMU > My Programme > Financial Assistance / Scholarships > HKMU Student Financial Assistance Scheme Portal > Apply)

HKMU Interest-free Loans [Applicants can choose to apply for the 'Pay After One Year' (PAOY) loan or 'Pay On Graduation' (POG) loan in the 1st round application]
Deadline: 13 April 2026 (Monday)

All eligible students (both new and continuing students) can apply for the interest-free loans.

• Continuing students should submit a simplified version of application form via the student portal “MyHKMU“. (Path: MyHKMU > My Programme > Financial Assistance / Scholarships > HKMU Student Financial Assistance Scheme Portal > Apply)
• New students should submit a full version of application form through this online platform.

Before completing the online application, please read the Guidance Notes carefully and download the useful forms.

* Applicants should complete the course registration process before the closing of the bursary/loan application period. Since course places are only reserved upon full settlement of tuition fees, applicants may consider paying the tuition fees themselves during the course registration process if they wish to secure a place in the course(s). The Student Affairs Office will NOT reserve course places for any applicants.
