Global Korea Scholarship (GKS) Program is an internationally-recognized Korean government scholarship program aimed to promote international exchanges in education and to strengthen international cooperation. Japanese Government (MEXT) Scholarship Programs is under the scholarship programme of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT), the Japanese Government will offer different types of scholarship for Hong Kong and Macau students wishing to pursue their studies at a Japanese university or Specialized Training College.  The scholarship covers Entrance fees and full tuition, monthly allowance and round-trip flight between Hong Kong and Japan.

The Rotary Peace Fellowship program offers a unique opportunity for individuals dedicated to peacebuilding and conflict resolution. Sir Edward Youde Memorial Fellowships and Scholarships for Overseas Studies aim at financing outstanding students for overseas postgraduate or undergraduate studies. They are expected to contribute significantly to the development of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (Hong Kong) after graduation.

 

Value of Awards

The maximum is HK$300,000 and HK$280,000 for fellowship and scholarship respectively per year.  The Sir Edward Youde Memorial Fund Council may adjust downward the value by taking into account the actual university fees, necessary living expenses and other award(s) held concurrently by the fellow / scholar to finance his / her overseas studies.

Türkiye Scholarships is a government-funded, competitive scholarship program, awarded to international students and researchers to pursue full-time degree and research at the most prestigious universities in Türkiye. 

The scholarships are available for undergraduate, master's, PhD and research degrees in a range of subjects. An application for undergraduate and postgraduate programs allows students to get both admission to a university and a scholarship. The award offered to eligible students includes tuition fee, accommodation, monthly stipend, 1-year Turkish language course, university and program placement, etc.
