簡歷

李燕瓊現為香港都會大學護理及健康學院教授。她於二零零六年獲取香港中文大學哲學博士學位。李教授於一九九九年加入學術界,其主要教學領域包括護理研究及循證護理。於大學任職期間,李教授一直是發展各級護理課程及學習模式的關鍵人物。其中多個課程皆屬香港首例,持續解決本地護理人力需求。由二零一四年起,李教授致力發展一項全港健康義工培訓課程,她帶領著一支學術團隊,以靈活學習為教學法,為3,000多名健康義工提供全面及有系統的培訓。這些健康義工組成了一個強大的社區網絡,為社區長者和慢性病患者提供基本的醫療保健照顧。該課程受到社區機構的高度評價,並因其支持健康老齡化的卓越表現而獲得多個獎項,李教授推動本地健康義工服務貢獻良多。

李教授致力於健康研究,她熱衷於老年護理、健康老齡化及老年人健康行為的研究,她最近致力於研究晚期照顧和在家離世,她的研究紀錄充份反映她對改善老年人健康和解決相關健康問題的熱誠。李教授現為護理前沿(英文)期刊編輯委員會委員,以及多份國際護理期刊的評審員。

李教授廣泛參與專業活動及社區服務,她是香港護士管理局評審委員會顧問。她亦曾擔任香港護士管理局教育委員會委員及香港醫院管理局護理課程的外部評審員,為期十年。多年來,她參與了多項本地護理課程的評審工作,為推動香港護理教育作出了重大貢獻。李教授現為扶康會董事局委員,她以其專業知識和經驗,大力支持社區護理服務提供機構及其服務使用者。
