香港公开大学普通话教育及测试中心于二零零七年六月七日正式成立。本中心附属于香港公开大学教育及语文学院，负责普通话教研工作，且与国家语言文字工作委员会普通话与文字应用培训测试中心签署合作协议，为香港公开大学师生、校友及香港社会各界人士提供普通话水平测试。本中心亦开办应试讲座及普通话能力提升课程，并以多种方式为普通话学习者提供学习支持及辅导。中心主任： 李慧心教授
