江美珍博士獲得東北大學教育學博士學位、香港理工大學管理學理學碩士學位以及卡迪夫大學商業管理和金融理學學士學位。江博士在大專院校工作多年，主要教授企業管理相關科目，如戰略管理、管理信息系統、市場營銷等。她的研究興趣包括戰略管理、移動學習、電子學習、教學創新、管理信息系統等。
