[Snapshot] Redefining the Post-Pandemic Workplace

Alumni from across industries have been invited to speak at the New Perspectives for Career Development online talk series to share career experiences. At the third talk held on 15 March, alumnus Mr Shin Yiu-ming was invited to share his experience of developing a job-seeking platform for the new generation of workers, and analyze the diverse new work models brought by the pandemic. He suggested those who are interested in flexible working to equip themselves with different skills and become the so-called 'T-shaped talents'. He also mentioned that it's important to find one's own positioning n the workplace and have the potential unleashed in full.
