刘嘉濠博士（Dr. Isaac Lau）现任香港都会大学电子工程与计算机科学系讲师。

他于 2024 年在清华大学获得信息与通信工程博士学位，2020 年在伦敦帝国学院以优异成绩取得通信与信号处理硕士学位，2019 年毕业于国立暨南国际大学电机工程学系，获学士学位。

在加入香港都会大学之前，刘博士曾在清华大学及香港应用科技研究院（ASTRI）工作。

刘博士的研究领域主要包括无线通信、信号处理及人工智能。
