Medium of Instruction: Mainly Cantonese, supplemented by English where appropriate

Important notes

  1. A separate confirmation email will be sent to successful registrants by 10 February 2026 (Tuesday).
  2. All paid fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  3. All activities are beginner-friendly.
  4. Participants should wear proper sportswear and sports shoes to attend, with sports equipment will be provided at venue.
  5. The medium of instruction is mainly Cantonese and will be supplemented by English where appropriate.
  6. Please arrive 10 minutes before the designated time. 
  7. For those courses with two classes (i.e. Class A and Class B), students are not allowed to switch classes on their own.
  8. Students should submit any absence notice from lesson 1 day in advance by email notification. Otherwise, it may affect your opportunity to join other activities or courses organized by the Student Affairs Office in the future.
  9. Students should take note of their own health conditions and consider whether it is suitable for them to take part in a sports activity. In case of doubt, please consult a physician prior before beginning any exercises.
  10. Should any dispute arise, the decision of the Student Affairs Office shall be final.
