Important notes

  1. A separate confirmation email will be sent to successful registrants by 17 September 2025 (Wednesday).
  2. All paid fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  3. Most activities are beginner-friendly, except for Advanced Strength Training with Gym Equipment.
  4. Participants should wear proper sportswear and sports shoes, sports equipment will be provided at venue.
  5. The medium of instruction is mainly Cantonese and will be supplemented by English where appropriate.
  6. Please arrive 10 minutes before the designated time. 
  7. For those courses with two classes (i.e. Class A and Class B), please do not switch classes on your own.
  8. If students cannot attend the class, one day's notice must be given, otherwise, they will be considered absence and this will affect the chances of getting a place in our future courses.
  9. Students should take note of their own health conditions and consider whether it is suitable for them to take part in a sports activity. In case of doubt, please consult a physician prior before beginning any exercises.
  10. Should any dispute arise, the decision of the Student Affairs Office shall be final.
