江美珍博士获得东北大学教育学博士学位、香港理工大学管理学理学硕士学位以及卡迪夫大学商业管理和金融理学学士学位。江博士在大专院校工作多年，主要教授企业管理相关科目，如战略管理、管理信息系统、市场营销等。她的研究兴趣包括战略管理、移动学习、电子学习、教学创新、管理信息系统等。
