冯云博士（David Feng）现任香港城市大学李兆基商业管理学院高级讲师。他是一位专注于并购、公司治理以及机器学习在金融领域的应用的学者。冯博士拥有阿德莱德大学金融学博士学位，其研究成果发表于顶尖学术期刊。
