This pathway is not applicable to graduates of Associate of Business of the University. They should refer to the regular undergraduate programmes offered by the University.
The programme allows students to develop an interdisciplinary perspective on the management of business organisations and build specialised knowledge and skills in leadership and change management. It will also equip students with skills in using and applying leadership practices and concepts in today's workplace. Together with the transferable skills developed through the programme, students could build a successful career or start their own business in a wide range of business areas.
Programme-specific entry requirement:
A recognised Associate Degree or Higher Diploma in a business-related area (or its equivalent).
