Assessment

Continuous assessments will be mainly adopted to assess student performance in courses offered by the Master of Arts in Applied Cultural Studies. Continuous assessment methods will be represented by assignments, essays, presentations, projects which will mainly be employed to evaluate the students' ability to critically integrate and apply the theoretical concepts as well as the practical principles related to applied cultural studies.
During the programme, students will be encouraged to develop a strong peer-to-peer network through small-group experimental learning experiences, in the classroom and during the out-of-classroom activities and field visits.
The Course Intended Learning Outcomes (CILOs) of each course will be described to students clearly in the respective course documents/outlines. The assessments will be designed to evaluate achievement of students in one or more of the specific CILOs.
