Notes for Nomination

Distinguished Alumni Award 2024

All nominations must be kept confidential during the nomination process. Under normal circumstances, selected candidate will be notified by the University after the selection and approval by the Selection Committee. The University will make an official announcement on the list of Award recipients after obtaining their consent to receive the Award.

Notes:

The nominator is required to provide sufficient and accurate information for the nomination.
The decision made by the Selection Committee shall be final and binding.
Reason(s) for granting or not granting the Award to a nominee will not be released.
After the Award is granted, HKMU has its absolute discretion to withdraw the Award when is deemed appropriate.
HKMU reserves all rights to modify the arrangements, rules and criteria of the Award as and when appropriate.
