Dr Kenchi Wong

Dr. Kenchi Wong obtained his Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Waikato in New Zealand, and M.Sc. in Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Hull in UK. His research interests mainly focus on individual differences at work, occupational safety and health, work-family balance, and workplace stress.

As a practitioner of I/O psychology, Dr. Wong also provides different training workshops, such as conflict management, safety management, and team-building in public and private organizations of Hong Kong and Macau. Currently, He is a chartered psychologist and registered supervisor (RAPPS) of the British Psychological Society, and a registered industrial-organizational psychologist of the Hong Kong Psychological Society.
