Dr Karma Kong

Dr KONG Hoi Pan Karma joined the School of Arts and Social Sciences, HKMU in 2026. He received his PhD degree from Australian National University (Centre for Heritage & Museum Studies), master's degree in interdisciplinary information studies from The University of Tokyo, and BA degree in Culture and Heritage Management from the City University of Hong Kong. His research interests lie in transnational heritage issues, memory politics, and tourism, particularly in the East Asian context.
