The School of Opening Learning is going to launch a series of practical and fun-filled online workshops in April to assist students in polishing their learning skills and job-hunting techniques.
In celebration of the 35th anniversary of Hong Kong Metropolitan University, the School of Open Learning held a thrilling "Badminton Competition" on 24 March 2024 (Sunday). The event brought together our distance-learning and part-time students, enabling them to compete and exchange experiences on the court.

The School of Open Learning held the V-Power Fai Chun Writing Volunteer Activity on 20 January 2024 (Saturday). Our school's dean, staff, members of V-Power (our distance-learning and part-time student volunteer team), along with their family members, collectively wrote over 480 Fai Chun during the activity. The finished Fai Chun will be distributed to various residential care homes for the elderly by a non-profit organization, spreading New Year blessings among the elderly.
