MU88 is the first university-owned student residence of Hong Kong Metropolitan University (HKMU). Ideally located in Hung Hom, the facility is within a short walking distance of both the HKMU campus and the Ho Man Tin MTR Station.

MU88 comprises two 16-storey towers, offering modern accommodation for approximately 430 students, faculty, and staff.

The institution aims to provide a safe, comfortable, and supportive “home away from home”, specifically tailored to meet the needs of its non-local student community.
