Leaders in university continuing education or equivalent* and university senior administrators with remit for portfolios of lifelong learning, workforce training, community engagement and outreach.
*School/department/unit of continuing education, lifelong learning, adult education, extended learning, open learning, flexible learning, access, CPD and short courses, extra-mural studies, etc.
Building on the various themes, the roundtable discussions will lead to a joint statement on continuing education and lifelong learning in universities.
It is hoped that this inaugural roundtable will catalyse the formation of a network of like-minded peers amongst university continuing education schools to continue the series in dialogue with UALL and that roundtables will be held on rotation at each other's venues in subsequent years.
