Information Technology Office has set up several hotlines to handle IT service enquiry/problem for students. Common enquiries and problems are: opening hours and facilities of PC Laboratories/Computer Centers, password problem, PC hardware problem inside Teaching Laboratories and PC Laboratories/Computer Centers and Information Security concerns. For enquiry/problem which cannot be solved in this front line support service, the enquiry/problem will be raised to next higher level for follow up.
Student can also report any abnormal IT related matters by email, for example, phishing email, account problem and intermittent network service.
