About Online Fee Collection

Online Fee Collection (OFC) is an extended service of Event Registration. Since 2017, the OFC has served more than 75 events and handled about 5,000 fee collection transactions. It enables staff to:

  • Collect event registration fee and donation online
  • Reach target groups such as student/alumni, staff, tutor, and public by security settings
  • Define fee collection amount, collection choices as well as supported payment methods for event through OFC backend configuration
  • Collect payments from different payment methods including PPS, Credit Cards, UnionPay, ICBC, and cheque
