Information Technology Office Outreach HKMU IT User Group

The HKMU IT user service group has been set up since November 2014. The group is comprising various units and schools. The roles and responsibilities of the user group members are:

  • Act as a focal point of particular Office/School, coordinating requests for IT services and equipment
  • Liaise for IT services and support, elaborating the workflow and processes
  • Bring messages to Office/School, briefing them updates on IT policies and guidelines
  • Collect feedback and suggestions on IT services and solutions
