If you have forgotten your password, you can change a new password using “Forget Password” function in Single Password Management
If you have forgotten your password, you will need to create your Single Password again.

If you have forgotten your password, you can call our Technical Hotline at 2711-2100 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org. HKMU technical support staff will help you to reset your password. You can access online systems with the initial password. You are advised to change your initial password after you have logged.
If you have forgotten your password, you can call our Technical Hotline at 2768-6523 or email to email@example.com for assistance. For security reason, we need a proof of HKMU staff identity for verification. For example, you may be requested to ask your Unit/School colleague to use his/her HKMU account to send the request on behalf of you for reset your password.
