Biography
Mr. Tse was born in Hong Kong and received secondary school education in Wah Yah College Hong Kong. He obtained his Bachelor of Sciences degree (Honours) from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1987. Having engaged in the Information Technology (IT) profession for ten years, he strengthened his IT management knowledge and academic qualification by completing a Master of Management degree in IT management from Macquarie University of Australia in 1998.
Mr. Tse has extensive IT experience in different industries, including manufacturing, retailing, telecommunication as well as higher education. He has been working in The Open University of Hong Kong for more than twenty years, served the President’s Office for ten years and has been serving the Information Technology Unit as the Deputy Director of IT. Under his supervision, there are five professional teams which support ERP systems, IT infrastructure, telecommunication, information security, and various information systems and projects.
