1. BBA in Corporate Administration
Graduates of the BBA in Corporate Administration programme must have successfully completed LAW B333 Company Law I, LAW B334 Company Law II as well as CGV B410 Corporate Administration and Secretarial Practice in order to be eligible for exemptions from all four subjects of the Professional Programme Part One of the qualifying programme of HKCGI.
 
2. BBA (Hons) in Corporate Administration
Graduates of the BBA (Hons) in Corporate Administration programme are eligible for exemptions from all four subjects of the Professional Programme Part One of the qualifying programme of HKCGI.
 
3. BBA (Hons) in Corporate Governance
Graduates of the BBA (Hons) in Corporate Governance programme are eligible for exemptions from all four subjects of the Professional Programme Part One of the qualifying programme of HKCGI.

The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKCGI) & The Chartered Governance Institute (formerly The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators or ICSA)

Master of Corporate Governance (MCG)
Master of Corporate Governance and Compliance (MCGC)
 
Holders of MCG or MCGC are eligible for full exemption from the qualifying programme of The Chartered Governance Institute and HKCGI. If students intend to apply for full exemption after the completion of the MCG or MCGC programme, they must register for student membership with HKCGI within 3 months after they have enrolled into the MCG or MCGC programme, and must complete the MCG or MCGC programme within three years. In addition, students awarded advanced standing credits by the University towards the MCG or MCGC programme may not be eligible to receive full exemption from the qualifying programme. It is always the students’ responsibility to confirm with HKCGI that they are eligible for full exemption after the completion of the MCG or MCGC programme.
