Details

Four HKMU business administration students teamed up to participate in the “2022 HSBC/HKU Hong Kong Business Case Competition”. With their innovative ideas, excellent presentation skills and outstanding case analysis, the HKMU team stood out among the nine teams from other local universities and won the second runner-up.

The HSBC/HKU Hong Kong Business Case Competition aims to nurture future business leaders by enhancing university students' business skills and global perspectives. In the final round, participating teams were required to propose an appropriate strategy for a local education technology company to expand into the Indonesian market. The teams were given six hours to study the business case and prepare a slide deck.  Each team then presented their ideas to a panel of judges composed of the management of HSBC and other companies, and answered their questions.
