In light of the latest situation of COVID-19, new practices have been implemented to ensure hygiene safety and minimize the risk of contracting and spreading infectious virus. All graduates and guests are required to follow the guidelines listed below:

Campus access control

Access control measures have been implemented on campus and checkpoint has been set up at all entrances. Graduates who wish to come back for photo-taking are required to pre-register online, and present the email confirmation upon entering ALL campus premises. Each graduate may bring up to 3 guests who shall only be admitted to the campus when accompanied by the graduate.

Health and safety measures

1.  Starting from 6 December, all are required to use the 'LeaveHomeSafe' mobile app and go through thermal detection before entering campus premises. Anyone with a body temperature of 37.5 °C or higher would not be admitted to the campus and should seek medical assistance immediately.

2. Wear mask at all times within campus area.

3. Keep social distancing and reduce social contacts.

4. Eating and drinking is prohibited in Multi-purpose hall on 10/F of Main Campus.

5. Maintain strict personal hygiene.

6. Graduates or guest with the following condition should refrain from coming back to campus:

a. If you have travelled outside Hong Kong within 14 days prior to coming back to campus; and/or
b. If you have fever, respiratory symptoms or sudden loss of taste or smell.

7. Security guards have the right to refuse entry of anyone who failed to compile with the health and safety measures.

Remarks:

  1. The University will keep the situation under review and further enhance the precautionary measures if necessary. We reserve the right to make necessary changes without prior notice.
  2. In case of any dispute, the decision of the University shall be final.
