Induction programme for new teaching staff

The induction programme is conducted once a year, normally before the start of the Autumn Term. (The programme in 2021 will be held during the Learning and Teaching Week) We hope participants will be able to grasp the key classroom concepts, namely assessment strategies, understanding learners, learning theories, effective use of educational technology, conducting classes in English, and giving constructive feedback.

New FT academic staff are strongly recommended to join the seminars or workshops, while existing teaching staff wishing to refresh their knowledge are also welcome.
