An undergraduate student who wishes to change his/her programme shall submit an application, as prescribed by the University, with supporting documents to the Registry, and his/her application shall be approved at the discretion of the Schools concerned.
Application should be submitted through the online application form with relevant documentary evidence, including but not limited to (a) unofficial transcript of the current programme of study in HKMU; (b) qualifications upon admissions (e.g. copy of certificates for public examinations, copy of certificates/official transcripts of post-secondary qualifications obtained), etc.
Please note that application for change of programme is not applicable to the followings:
a. Change to a programme under the 'Study Subsidy Scheme for Designated Professions / Sectors' (SSSDP).
b. Change to a programme offered by the School of Nursing and Health Studies.
c. Change from a 5-credit programme to a 3-credit-unit programme.
If student wishes to change to a distance-learning programme of the University, you shall withdraw from your current undergraduate programme before applying for admission to the distance-learning programme.
