The V-Power Orientation Day of 2024-25 concluded successfully

The 2024–25 V-Power Orientation Day was successfully held on 27th October 2024. The event aimed to deepen the mutual understanding among volunteers through this orientation, thereby fostering team cohesion and spirit of cooperation, laying a solid foundation for future community service work.  

Resonance of the Soul: Singing Bowl Relaxation Workshop

Sound can be heard and felt. The singing bowl is an ancient instrument from the Himalayan region with a history spanning thousands of years. The sound and vibrations produced by the singing bowl can directly influence brain activity, helping to relieve stress and enhance concentration.
