Open educational resources

Open Educational Resources (OER) are learning, teaching and research materials in any format and medium that reside in the public domain or are under copyright that have been released under an open license, that permit no-cost access, re-use, re-purpose, adaptation and redistribution by others.

Open educational tools

Open educational tools (OET) are software applications or platforms that support the creation, use, or sharing of OER. OET can help educators and learners create, customize, and remix OER according to their needs and preferences.They can also facilitate online learning, cummunication, and feedback.
