With this in mind, the School of Open Learning is organising the “Effective Workplace Communication: Building Your Professional Influence Workshop”. We have invited a professional public speaking and training instructor to share practical workplace communication and presentation strategies with you. In this session, you will learn to communicate with intent, master the art of persuasion, and cultivate a unique professional presence that commands influence in any workplace setting.
