Following the enthusiastic response to last year’s event, the School of Open Learning is proud to bring back the ‘Badminton Competition 2026.’ This event aims to promote physical and mental well-being while providing a valuable platform for students to connect and network with peers.
In addition to the classic Men’s and Women’s Singles, we are excited to introduce the all-new Parent-Child Doubles—a category specially designed to celebrate family teamwork and bonding!
This is more than just a competition; it is the perfect stage for you to unwind, recharge, and break away from your busy work and study schedule. Whether you are a seasoned pro or a complete beginner, we look forward to seeing you on the court!

Target participants: Distance Learning and Part-time Students
Competition Date: 22 March 2026 (Sunday) (Preliminary Round & Final with Prize Presentation)

a) Men's Singles
b) Women's Singles
c) Parent-child Doubles (Age of the child has to be 12 years old or below)
Registration Fee: $100 (refundable upon attendance)
