On 13 January 2026, the V‑Power Volunteer Team participated in the “Delivering Food and Love” programme organised by Food Angel, providing support in large‑scale meal box production at the Food Angel Jockey Club Food Production Centre in Sha Tin.

On the day of the activity, V‑Power members strictly followed the centre's food hygiene guidelines by completing personal cleaning and sanitisation procedures to ensure that all food preparation processes met safety standards. The members were then assigned to different work stations according to the production workflow. Their duties included handling of pre‑washed and cooked ingredients, as well as portioning staple foods, side dishes and vegetables into meal boxes according to specified guidelines.

Working closely together, the members actively coordinated with one another and monitored the production flow to ensure that each meal box was properly portioned and neatly arranged. Despite the repetitive nature of the tasks and the fast‑paced working environment, the volunteers remained patient and committed throughout the process, demonstrating strong teamwork, a positive service attitude, and dedication in responding to the needs of the community through concrete action.
